Terms of Use

Effective date: July 15, 2026

1. The service

Trackout provides personal tracking tools including event logging, timers, reminders, optional entry context, locally generated insights and optional iCloud features.

2. Personal use

You are responsible for the information you enter, the permissions you grant and how you use the app. Trackout is a general-purpose personal tracking tool and is not a medical device, healthcare provider, financial adviser or emergency service.

3. Data and backups

Trackout is local-first. If iCloud or another backup option is not enabled, deleting the app, resetting the device or losing access to the device may permanently remove your data.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Trackout to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious content or interfere with the app and related services.

5. Third-party services

Trackout may use services provided by Apple and Google, including iOS, iCloud, CloudKit, Firebase and AdMob. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Availability

Trackout is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

7. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackout is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the app.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when updates are published.
