Where is my data stored?

Trackout is local-first. Your tracks and entries remain on your device unless you enable optional iCloud functionality.

What happens if I delete the app?

Local-only data may be permanently deleted. Before uninstalling, enable iCloud backup or synchronization where available.

Why does a timer continue after I lock the screen?

Trackout records the timer start time and calculates elapsed time from timestamps. It does not need to run continuously in the background.

Why am I not receiving reminders?

Open iOS Settings, select Notifications, choose Trackout and confirm that notifications are allowed. Also verify the reminder settings inside the relevant track.

Can I add context later?

Where supported, open an entry from Track Detail and add photos, videos, voice recordings or notes later.

How do I report a problem?

Email the app version, iOS version, device model and a short explanation of what happened. Avoid sending private notes or media unless necessary.
